Party Time - How to Book

What you will need to consider:
Preferred Days: We hold parties everyday of the week, but weekends are our busiest times so make sure if you are specific about the day that you try and give as much notice as you can. If you are wanting to book an exclusive party, then these are held Monday to Thursday 4pm – 6pm or Fridays 4.30 – 6.30pm.
Preferred Party Times: We hold parties in 2 hour time slots, weekends are 10 or 10.30am, 12 or 12.30pm, 2 or 2.30pm and 4 or 4.30pm. We can be more flexible during the week but after school parties are 4-6pm Monday to Thursday and 4 or 4.30pm on Fridays.
Party Numbers: We cater for a minimum of 10 children in our party rooms and up to a maximum of 35. Private parties are a minimum of 30 children and up to 100. If you want a party but can’t reach the minimum number required we might be able to cater for smaller groups on reserved tables on the main floor, please ask for details.
Extra’s: You can buy balloons, additional party bags, tea and coffee pots to add to your party, additional charges for these will apply.
The Booking Process:
1. Call our friendly reception team on 0113 2320955 to discuss your requirements. They will take a £20 deposit (by credit/debit card) to book the date.
2. We will post you a booking confirmation along with your receipts, please advise us if you require invitations or whether you are printing your own downloadable ones.
3. Please call Polka Dots 48 hours prior to your party with your final numbers and hot food choices (yellow and green packages only)
FAQ’s
How long does the party last?
Each party lasts 2 hours, this encompasses 60 minutes play time, 30 minutes in the party room and then a further 30 minutes(approx) whilst party bags are prepared etc.
What do we do when we arrive?
When you arrive you will be introduced to your party host who will look after you for the duration of your party. Your party host will take you to your reserved table in our play area. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your Party to meet your party host.
Do I bring a Birthday Cake?
Yes, please bring your cake and candles. The party host will collect it from you and organise the Happy Birthday singing and cake cutting after the birthday feast.
